Do you want to skip the back-breaking work associated with spring yard work? You can with a new no maintenance home built by Richmond home builder Boone Homes.

Boone Homes has five no maintenance communities where residents are free to spend life as they choose. Instead of worrying about lime treatment, fertilizing, aerating, repair to irrigation systems, and mulching and trimming of the shrubs and trees, you can go on vacation or spend time visiting with family and friends.

Not only is your spring yard work covered when you live at a Boone Homes no maintenance community, but other services including snow removal, leaf removal, annual gutter cleaning and exterior painting are also a thing of the past.

Boone Homes builds no maintenance luxury homes in Richmond at Bellingham in Twin Hickory, priced from the $300,000s and Villas at Grey Oaks, priced from the $400,000s.
