A Pan-Tilt-Zoom or PTZ IP camera is ideal when you have a person monitoring a certain area, allowing them to turn and zoom right in on anything suspicious or questionable. Unlike a fixed camera, which does not turn, or a zoom camera, which just zoom’s in, this PTZ camera can literally spin in a 360 degree circle.
